Slow and steady

As I continue to work on and off on requests, projects, and taking free time for myself, I'm starting to realize I'm much happier completing sketches and lining/coloring them later than I am flat out devoting myself 100% to one thing.
In this regard, I've been spreading my workload out a bit and working on different things every day. This keeps things fresh and exciting for me, while allowing me to touch base on everything I need to do.
One of the things that has me excited is I've finally scripted and started a storyboard on the first chapter of my re imagined manga. So for that, I've started concepting vital characters for said chapter, to draw over the skeletons.

Characters like Celestia. There actually isn't many characters that show up in the very first chapter, so that's pretty alright.
_{It just now occurs to me her hair would not be mirrored like that should she face in that direction. Whatever, though. I'll fix it in post or something.}

Still working on those requests, some making valid progress, some need more time. I dunno, a few of these seem a bit difficult for me to tackle under the idea that I'll be spending over 8 hours on them. I'd rather leave them at clean sketches, as sad as it is. It'll delay me too much from things I really want to get done. Like animations and mangas and stuff.
